Quick apology

to my followers.. I’ve been MIA lately. I really underestimated how hard this pre-vet business would be. It is taking over my life! Between school, homework, studying, my job, volunteering, and working out it feels like I have no time to breathe! I’ll try to be better at updating this.

On the bright side- I feel so healthy! I started making protein shakes to keep me from snacking a whole bunch and it makes me feel really good after a work out! I’ve just been running anywhere between 2 and 3 miles lately. I’m trying to get a good work out in without exhausting myself due to all the other things I have to do throughout the day.

Anyways, hope all of you are grand!

Clif Bars are actually my favorite energy bars. Organic and nutritious! Today I started P90X! It was painful… hopefully I can keep up with it! Not looking forward to this long week of classes and work ahead after this nice lonnnnnng weekend of not doing anything! But it’s time to get back in the groove I guess :)

Just ran 3 miles in 26 minutes. Pretty good for what kind of shape I’m in I’d say! I’m feeling very good tonight :)






Sorry I’ve been MIA for the last week or so… my classes started and I’ve been working a lot so much of my time other than that is spent working out, doing homework or sleeping. I’ve been kicking up my workout routine a notch, especially since I’ve started a yoga class :) I’m feeling super healthy and I can visibly see the results which makes me feel so good! I’ve been trying to eat healthier these days as well— I am eating more fruits and veggies which is a bit easier to get in the habit of now that I have to prepare vegetables for my rabbit as well!

Been at class all morning then ran some errands- now off to a doctor’s appointment then more errands then working out!
